Pump head of slurry pump

1. ZH, ZHH and ZL slurry pumps are of double pump shell structure, that is, the pump body and cover are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant metal lining (including impeller, sheath, guard plate, etc.). The pump body and cover are made of gray iron or nodular cast iron according to the pressure, which are vertically split and connected with bolts. The pump body is bolted to the bracket with a stop. The discharge outlet of the pump can be rotated and installed at eight angles. The front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with back blades to reduce leakage and improve the service life of the pump.
2. ZHR slurry pump is a double pump shell structure, and the pump body and cover are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber lining (including impeller, front sheath, rear sheath, etc.). The pump body and cover are the same as those of ZH pump, and its rotating part and installation form are the same as those of ZH pump.
3. ZG type is of single pump structure (i.e. without lining). The pump body, cover and impeller are made of wear-resistant metal. The connection of the pump body and the pump cover adopts a special clamping structure, and the pump outlet direction can rotate freely, which is convenient for installation and disassembly.
4. ZV type slurry pump is a vertical slurry pump. The pump body, pump cover and shaft are vertical. ZV type is also a single shell pump. The pump body and cover can be made of metal or rubber.
5. The professional title of slurry pump head is pump body and pump cover. The pump body is mainly connected to the rotor of the pump, and the impeller, seal and bearing components are connected through bearings. The pump cover is the part corresponding to the pump body, which cooperates with the pump cover to form a closed cavity. The inside of the pump body and the pump cover is the lining of the slurry pump. The materials of the lining generally include rubber and high chromium alloy. Generally, the lining of the pump is rubber or metal alloy according to the industrial and mining conditions.
