Overview:
The submersible slurry pump produced by our company has been comprehensively optimized and innovatively designed in terms of sealing technology, mechanical structure, protection control, etc. This product is simple in structure, easy to install, safe and reliable to use, and has a long service life.
There is no need to build complex ground pump rooms and fixtures when the pump is submerged underwater, no noise and vibration, and the site is cleaner.

The main purpose:
This product is suitable for conveying slurry containing abrasive particles such as sand,cinder,tailings,etc. It is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, electric power, chemical industry,environmental protection, river dredging, sand pumping, municipal engineering and other industries. This product is easy to install and move, has high slag extraction efficiency,and can run for a long time under harsh working conditions.

Conditions of Use:
1. Power supply 380V, 50HZ (voltage and frequency can be customized according to requirements).
2. The temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 60ºC, the PH value is 4-10, and the weight of the medium is ≤1300kg/m³.
3. Suitable for medium with strong abrasive solid particles and mildly corrosive sewage slurry.
4. The diameter of the solids in the medium should not be larger than 80% of the minimum flow channel size of the pump.

Structure Description:
1. Pump body impeller
The impeller of the pump body is made of high-chromium wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material, which has good flow performance, high efficiency, flat power curve, not easy to overload, accurate impeller balance, small vibration and stable operation.
2. Stirring wheel
The mixing wheel is located at the bottom of the pump, which can stir the sediment and the sludge at the bottom into a turbulent flow and extract it.
3. Motor
Dedicated submersible motor, IPX8 protection, F insulation allows temperature rise, the motor insulation life is long under normal conditions, and the submersible cooling effect is good, the actual temperature rise is low, and the motor insulation life is longer.
4. Motor cooling
The heat of the motor is dissipated through the casing, and the medium can run reliably and safely as long as the medium submerges the motor stator casing. The more submerged the better for motor cooling.

5. Shaft seal
The motor shaft seal adopts two independent series-connected mechanical seals to form two reliable sealing lines of defense. The first channel is in the medium in the pump, and the sealing surface becomes tighter as the medium pressure increases, effectively preventing water from entering the oil chamber, and the second channel is in the oil chamber to prevent oil from entering the motor. The second channel can still prevent oil and water from entering the motor. The bellows-type mechanical seal and the innovative structural cavity further greatly improve the reliability of the shaft seal. Under normal use, the trouble-free running time exceeds 8000h.
6. Oil chamber
The oil chamber is the first barrier to prevent the medium from entering the motor from the pump shaft, preventing the medium from penetrating into the motor. If the first mechanical seal leaks, the buffer medium in the oil chamber cannot directly enter the motor. At the same time, the friction surfaces of the two independent mechanical seals are lubricated and cooled to make the mechanical seal work more reliable, except that it can still take away the heat of the lower bearing and some heat of the motor.
7. Bearings
The lower double row angular contact bearing has strong bearing capacity, and the upper deep groove bearing constitutes a reliable support for the motor water pump shaft, which has a large bearing margin for the radial, axial and other forces generated during the operation of the sewage pump, ensuring that The unit runs smoothly.
8. Cables and their seals
(1) The cable is a heavy-duty rubber sheathed flexible cable that is resistant to sewage. The cross-section of the cable core is designed for long-term reliable operation under the ambient temperature of 40 °C and the full-load power of the motor.
(2) There is a seal between the cable rubber sleeve and the motor gland to prevent the medium from infiltrating the motor cavity from the cable and motor cover interface.
There is rubber vulcanization between the cable jacket and the wire core. Once the rubber jacket is scratched, it can effectively prevent the medium from entering the motor from the cable.
9. Motor housing
The casing, the upper end cover, the gland, etc. make up the motor casing. There is a reliable static seal at the connection and cooperation of each part.
10. Safety protection in the pump (function through a special electric control cabinet)
(1) Oil-water probe: installed in the oil chamber to detect the leakage of the first mechanical seal (in the medium), and an alarm signal will be issued when the leakage medium reaches a certain proportion in the oil chamber.
(2) Float switch: installed in the motor cavity to detect the leakage of the second mechanical seal. When the oil (oil-water mixture) enters the motor, the float switch will send an alarm signal and stop the pump.
No heat-sensitive parts: installed in the stator winding of the motor, if the motor is overloaded for a long time, the temperature of the motor winding (or the motor winding heats up for other reasons) reaches a certain value, an alarm signal will be issued and the pump will be stopped.
11. External control system
The supporting special electric control cabinet can process various signals in the pump to realize the functions of control, protection, sound and light alarm, and various automatic control of single pump and multi-pump.
When users prepare their own electric control cabinets, they should contact the professional team of electric control cabinets of our company to instruct users to install protection controllers in their respective electric control cabinets.
12. Optional
Forced cooling system. A metal sleeve is installed on the motor casing to introduce cooling water circulation to achieve forced cooling.
